The Mad Dash Forest and Fitness Challenge. August 14, 2010. Town Forest.
We have designed the ultimate event to test you to your limits...The Mad Dash Forest and Fitness Challenge! Toe the line with your friends and neighbors waiting for the gun, then sprint to and run up a massive sand pit, setting the tone for a wild obstacle course on a muddy, narrow, gnarly trail system with all kinds of surprises. Man-made and natural obstacles may include: rocks, roots, mud, climbing walls, hay bales, tire fields, crawling through tunnels face down in the mud, and more!
This event is not for the faint of heart, out of shape, or injury prone. It will, however, be a great event doable for those in good health, decent stamina, and a sense of adventure. It will also be one heck of a great spectator event!

Plan to arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to your scheduled heat to get your bib and get the lay of the land.
Bibs will be worn on the back of your shirt. (So you don't poke yourself while crawling)
Parking will be available at the 3 Fields and Legion Fields.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON CONCORD AVE.
Please leave your pets at home. While the trail network is leashed dog friendly... for this one day we ask you keep Fido home so he doesn't disturb our competitors.
9:45 AM Grammar School (6th grade and under) 1 lap $10 Finisher Medals
10:15 AM Jr. High (7th/ 8th Grade) 1 lap $10 Finisher Medals for All. Trophies Top 3 Males and Females
11:00 AM High School 2 laps $15 Top 3 Males, Top 3 Females Receive Trophies. Glory and Honor for all finishers.
12:00 PM Adults/ Open Class 2 laps $30 Trophies Top 3 Men and Women
